Section 1

These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Inspire Partners & Co Inc (“Inspire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a corporation incorporated in Ontario, Canada, operating under the trade name Inspire Tutors.
Our registered business address is in Ontario, Canada. Our website is located at inspire-tutors.com. For all inquiries, you may reach us at learn@inspire-tutors.com.
Section 2

By enrolling in Inspire Tutors, booking a session, using our website, or communicating with our team for the purpose of arranging educational services, you (“Client,” “Parent,” or “Guardian”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full.
If you are enrolling on behalf of a minor student, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that student and have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not proceed with enrollment or use of our services.
Section 3
Definitions
The following terms are used throughout this document:

Section 5
Eligibility & Parental Consent for Minors
Inspire Tutors accepts students from the age of 4 years old. There is no upper age limit.
Because the majority of our students are minors (under the age of 18), the following applies:
- All enrollment, payment, and contractual decisions must be made by a parent or legal guardian. A minor may not independently enter into an agreement with Inspire Tutors.
- By enrolling a minor student, the parent or guardian confirms they have full parental or legal authority to do so.
- The parent or guardian is responsible for ensuring the student has access to appropriate technology, a suitable learning environment, and adequate supervision where appropriate for their age.
- All session recordings (described further in Section 10) are retained as a safeguarding measure for the protection of minor students and educators alike. By enrolling, parents and guardians acknowledge and consent to this practice.
Section 6
Scheduling & Booking
Booking
All session bookings are managed through Inspire’s student Coordinator, reachable via WhatsApp or email at learn@inspire-tutors.com. Upon enrollment, each Student is assigned a dedicated Zoom link that remains consistent for all future sessions.
Recurring Timeslots
Upon enrollment, Clients select a recurring weekly timeslot. This timeslot is reserved exclusively for the Student and held by the assigned Educator. Clients are expected to attend sessions consistently.
Timeslot Changes
For a permanent change to a regular weekly timeslot, Clients must provide a minimum of 14 calendar days’ notice to the Coordinator. This allows sufficient time to adjust the Educator’s schedule without disruption.
For a one-time swap of a single session to a different day or time, 48 hours’ notice is required. One-time swaps are accommodated subject to Educator availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Inspire Tutors reserves the right to decline frequent last-minute scheduling changes that disrupt Educator availability.
Session Holidays
Inspire Tutors does not follow a school-year calendar. Sessions run year-round, including during most school holidays, unless the Educator has requested leave. Clients will be notified in advance of any Educator-initiated break, and affected sessions will be credited or rescheduled.
Section 7
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
The following policy applies to all sessions across all plans:
| Situation | Result |
|---|---|
| Client cancels with 24+ hours notice | Full session credit applied to account, valid for 30 days |
| Client cancels with less than 24 hours notice | Session is charged at full rate — no credit issued |
| Client no-show (no notice provided) | Session is charged at full rate — no credit issued |
| Educator cancels for any reason | Full session credit with no expiry — rescheduling offered as priority |
| Educator illness notified same day | Full session credit with no expiry — priority slot offered |
Credit Redemption
Credits issued following a Client cancellation are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of the cancelled session. It is the Client’s responsibility to contact the Coordinator to schedule a make-up session before the credit expires. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Credits issued following an Educator cancellation do not expire and may be redeemed at any time during the Client’s active enrollment.
Exceptional Circumstances
Inspire Tutors recognises that genuine emergencies arise. In cases of sudden illness, bereavement, or documented emergency, we will consider exceptions to the standard cancellation terms at our discretion. Please contact the Coordinator as soon as possible in such circumstances.
Section 8
Payments & Billing
Payment in Advance
All sessions must be paid in advance. Inspire Tutors does not extend credit or allow sessions to be attended without prior payment. Billing frequency varies by plan:
| Plan | Billing Frequency | Rate |

| Regular | Monthly — billed at the start of each month | $48 USD / session |
| Intensive | Bi-weekly — billed every 8 sessions | $42 USD / session |
All prices are quoted and charged in United States Dollars (USD). Canadian clients are billed in USD at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment.
Accepted Payment Methods
Inspire Tutors accepts payment by credit and debit card processed through our secure payment platform. We do not accept cash, cheques, or e-transfers. Clients receive a digital receipt for every payment.
Invoice Contents
Every invoice issued by Inspire Tutors includes: company name and contact information, session type and language, number of sessions, session duration, per-session rate, total charged, and the billing period covered.
Additional documentation — including course descriptions, learning objectives, and hours-of-instruction summaries — is available upon request for families using ESA accounts or other third-party education funding programs (see Section 13).
Late or Failed Payments
If a payment is declined or not received, the Coordinator will contact the Client promptly. Inspire Tutors reserves the right to suspend scheduled sessions until payment is confirmed. Sessions missed during a payment suspension are not eligible for credit.
Section 9
Refund Policy
Sessions Delivered
Sessions that have been delivered in full are non-refundable. The Educator’s time, preparation, and expertise are invested prior to and during each session.
Unused Pre-Paid Sessions
If a Client chooses to discontinue services before exhausting their pre-paid sessions, any unused sessions will be converted to account credit, valid for 90 calendar days. Credit may be applied to any future sessions, including sessions in a different language or at a different plan level, at the Client’s discretion.
Inspire Tutors does not issue cash refunds for unused pre-paid sessions.
Discontinuation Notice
Clients wishing to discontinue services are asked to provide at least 7 calendar days’ notice to the Coordinator. This allows the Educator’s schedule to be adjusted accordingly.
Section 10
Session Recordings & Safeguarding
Recording of Sessions
All Inspire Tutors sessions are recorded automatically via Zoom as a standard organisational safeguarding measure. This practice exists to protect both Students and Educators, and is standard practice in online education involving minors.
By enrolling with Inspire Tutors, the Client (parent or guardian) acknowledges and consents to the automatic recording of all sessions involving their child.
Purpose
Recordings are maintained solely for safeguarding and organisational reference purposes. They exist to provide an objective record in the event that any concern, complaint, or allegation regarding a session is raised by any party. They are not used for marketing, training external parties, or any other commercial purpose.
Storage & Access
Recordings are stored securely and are accessible only to authorised Inspire Tutors staff. They are never shared with other families, students, or third parties, and are not distributed in any form under any circumstances.
Retention Period
All session recordings are automatically deleted after 60 calendar days from the date of the session. Inspire Tutors does not maintain a permanent archive of session recordings.
Section 11
Code of Conduct
Student Conduct
Students are expected to attend sessions with a respectful, engaged attitude. Inspire Tutors is a learning environment, and behaviour that disrupts or undermines that environment — including rudeness, persistent inattention, or disrespect toward the Educator — will be addressed first informally and, if necessary, may result in suspension or termination of services.
Parent & Guardian Conduct
Parents and guardians are expected to communicate with Inspire staff respectfully and in good faith. Abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed toward Educators, Coordinators, or Inspire Tutors staff will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without refund of unused sessions.
Educator Conduct
All Inspire Educators are held to a high professional standard. They are expected to be punctual, prepared, respectful, and fully present for each session. Any concern about an Educator’s conduct should be raised with the Coordinator at learn@inspire-tutors.com and will be taken seriously.
Environment
Clients are responsible for ensuring Students attend sessions from a quiet, distraction-free environment with a stable internet connection. Inspire Tutors is not responsible for session quality impacted by the Client’s technical setup or environment.
Section 12
Intellectual Property
All curriculum materials, lesson plans, assessments, progress report templates, worksheets, and educational resources created by or on behalf of Inspire Partners & Co Inc are the exclusive intellectual property of Inspire Partners & Co Inc.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, sell, share publicly, or use any Inspire curriculum materials for commercial purposes. Materials shared during sessions or provided to Clients are for the personal educational use of the enrolled Student only.
The Inspire Tutors name, logo, and brand assets are trademarks of Inspire Partners & Co Inc and may not be used without written permission.
Section 13
ESA & Third-Party Education Funding

Upon request, Inspire Tutors will provide:
- Detailed invoices including session type, duration, and hourly rate
- Course descriptions and learning objectives
- Hours-of-instruction summaries
- Signed Pillar Progress Reports from the assigned Educator
Section 14
No Guarantee of Results
Inspire Tutors is committed to delivering high-quality, expert language instruction. However, language acquisition is a gradual process that depends on many factors outside Inspire’s control, including the Student’s attendance, engagement, practice between sessions, and individual learning pace.
Inspire Tutors makes no guarantee of:
- A specific rate of progress or timeline for achieving any language level
- Passage of any external examination, including DELF Prim, DELF Scolaire, AP French, AP Spanish, or any other certification exam
- Admission to, acceptance by, or success in any school, university, or academic program
- Any specific grade, score, or assessment outcome
Our Educators will work diligently to support each Student’s progress. Results are a collaborative outcome between the Student, their family, and Inspire Tutors.
Section 15
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Inspire Partners & Co Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, including but not limited to:
- Loss of educational opportunity or academic outcomes
- Technical failures, connectivity issues, or platform outages beyond Inspire’s control
- Actions or conduct of third-party platforms including Zoom
- Decisions made by ESA or third-party funding authorities
In all cases, Inspire Tutors’ total liability to any Client shall not exceed the total amount paid by that Client for services in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Section 16

Inspire Partners & Co Inc collects and handles personal information — including the names, ages, and contact details of Students and Clients, session recordings, and payment information — in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.
Personal information is collected for the purpose of delivering educational services, communicating with Clients, processing payments, and fulfilling our safeguarding obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for commercial purposes.
