Pricing Questions
Because they’re different products. A marketplace tutor is a native speaker having a conversation. Inspire is a structured programme delivered by credentialed educators: assessed starting point, CEFR curriculum, signed progress reports every 12 weeks. The price reflects what you’re actually getting.
No contract, ever. Families on the Regular and Intensive plans stay because their children are progressing, not because they’re locked in. You can adjust your plan, pause, or stop with reasonable notice. We’d rather earn your loyalty than trap it.
Yes. If your child’s schedule changes, you can move between plans. Many families start on Regular and move to Intensive once they see the results. Just let your teacher or our admin team know and we’ll adjust from your next billing cycle.
The second child enrolled receives 10% off every session on any plan, for the duration of their enrolment. Siblings can be on different languages, different levels, different schedules โ the discount applies regardless. Mention it when you book.
We serve families across the US and Canada, and USD is the clearest, most universal reference point โ especially for US families using ESA funding. Canadian families pay in USD at current exchange rates; at today’s rate, our plans work out to approximately $57โ$76 CAD per session, which is very competitive for this quality of instruction.
Life happens. We ask for reasonable notice when a session needs to be rescheduled. Our teachers work with families to find alternative times. We don’t penalize for occasional changes โ we do ask for consistency as a courtesy to your child’s teacher and their schedule.
Yes โ completely. It’s a 20โ30 minute teacher-led session, and you receive a written report summarizing your child’s level, strengths, and recommended starting point. There’s no catch and no obligation to enroll. We offer it because it’s the right way to start โ not as a sales tactic.
The sibling discount is our standing offer. Occasionally we run promotions for new families or specific programs โ the best way to stay informed is through our newsletter or by asking when you book your assessment. We don’t discount our rates in ways that would compromise teacher compensation.
A relaxed, 20-minute conversation with a certified teacher. You’ll know exactly where your child stands โ and what comes next.
